Attempt No.2!

Heyloo again i decided to try again because i can hardly expect people to talk to me if i've got nothing on here can i? lol!
well my other blog was about what had been going on, i didnt want to bore everyone with my personal life like the fights and stuffs so i thought i would just round it all up!

I'm on this new diet with one of my best friends jade, we started yesterday and i've already had some chocolate {but in this diet its allowed occasionally}
The diets called slimming world, no.1 diet before weight watchers! and i'm just willing to try anything now as long as i can still eat because i love my food! {probz. the reason why i am the size i am, lol}

So tonight i had my friend over and he watched me cook my pasta, with red kidney beans and plum tomatoes. i know it sounds so gross.. but i cant eat meat today so i'm going for something new.
Its a bit weird, lacks in taste but its still editable!
But just my luck i start a diet the day of pancakes and i can only have one small one with lemon and nothing else really!

I mean some other diets probs do work, but i find that i have no self determination and i cant give up chocolate!

How is everyone these days? any1 going on a diet that works or has lost weight? i said i wouldn't go on..but i think i have, probs the longest blog i've ever written on here! but trust me i can go on for EVER.. but i wont! dw your safe there, lol!

Anyways, if any1 wants to leave me some comments about their diets that would be nice and telling me how everyone is that would be rather amazing!

Just enjoy food in moderation then you never have to diet and if you can go to the gym or take up swimming so you have the exercise to keep you trim.....

I missed the gym this morning as I couldn't be bothered getting up. I am footie and should be going to the gym after it but don't know if I can be bothered......

yeah but i dont like the gym tht much! lol, bit boring! altho i do love my swimming!
if you dont bother with exercise u can stil lose w8. i kno people who are stick thin an eat so much crap!
its just not fair really

I suppose diet is a good thing if you really need to be on one.. just dont overdo it and dont blame yourself for the occasional unhealthy snack.Dont worry be happy!
